So, at this poiit it appears I need a windows 10 operating sytem installation disk/download. (I have already backed up all my files from my Desk Top Computer HD onto an external HD, to reload once a reset can be done.)īUT, when I try to do a reset I get a partition error message that will not allow a reset to be done.
